How donkey milk can improve your overall complexion and change your life.

Donkey with a little girl

This misunderstood, unique animal called the donkey hides so many secrets in one tiny tablespoon of its milk, and hardly anybody is talking about it. But when you learn more about donkey milk and start to use it, you'll see a huge difference in your overall complexion, and even wonder, “where have you been my whole life?!”

Donkey milk is filled with polyunsaturated fatty acids, the most important one being linoleic acid. No other milk compares when it comes to the abundance of nutrients in donkey milk. Great! Now what does that mean for you? It pretty much means that you can get the skin you’ve always wanted.

At first, we all assume that as we age, our skin will even out and become somewhat normal. And then, the years go by but your skin only gets worse. What’s up with that? Well, it could mean that you’re just lacking linoleic acid (omega-6).

Linoleic acid is a major component of the uppermost layer of your skin. When you don’t have enough of it, things like irritation, dryness, and itching can happen. This can lead to the development of eczema and acne. Don’t believe me? There are studies from three decades ago that talk about linoleic acid, and newer studies are still talking about it today. They all tell you the same thing: problematic skin is due to the lack of essential fatty acids. Oops, did I just throw another word at you? Don’t worry, because polyunsaturated fatty acids are basically essential fatty acids.

Your skin needs these polyunsaturated, or essential, fatty acids, but it cannot produce them itself. If your body cannot produce them, then you need to put it on your skin. Thankfully, this is possible.

Just a little bit of cream with donkey milk will give you what you need, because so many nutrients are packed into such a tiny amount.

Here are some numbers to help wrap your brain around it.

**Donkey milk contains 14.1 g / 100 g

vs. Goat milk that only has 3.02 g / 100 g

** These are the amounts of polyunsaturated (essential) fatty acids in 100 grams when comparing donkey milk vs. goat milk. If you want to see more numbers and comparisons, follow this link here. More specifically, if you want to know exactly how much of just linoleic acid is in donkey milk when compared to other milks, look at that same table and search for C18:2. This is the technical term for linoleic acid. Your mind will be blown!

Donkey milk is what you need to achieve that soft, supple skin. Plus, just the polyunsaturated fatty acids found in donkey milk give you these additional benefits:

  • Reduce hyper-pigmentation

  • Increase circulation

  • Natural anti-inflammatory

  • Fight acne

  • Increase barrier function

  • Fight eczema

Maybe someday there will be a pool filled with linoleic acid, and we can just take a dip once in a while to replenish our skin! But until then, satisfy your skin with some donkey milk face cream or donkey milk body lotion. Your skin will reap the benefits and you will surely feel satisfied.
