We want you to have a positive experience with our handmade items, but we understand that sometimes, a product may not meet your expectations. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth return process.

 Returns

**Unused Products**: We accept returns for unused products within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible, the product must be in its original condition, unopened, and in its original packaging. Used or opened products cannot be returned.

**Product Dissatisfaction**: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for reasons other than product defects or damage, please contact us at cleopatrasbeautyline@gmail.com or (440) 342-3728 before initiating a return. Our team will work with you to find a suitable solution.

 Exclusions

**Used or Opened Products**: We cannot accept returns for products that have been used or opened. This policy ensures that all our customers receive products that are safe, fresh, and of high quality.

**Customized Products**: Items that have been specially customized or personalized are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

**Natural Variations**: Due to the handmade nature of Ecopure Essentials products, slight variations in shape, color, and texture may occur. These natural characteristics do not impact product quality and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at cleopatrasbeautyline@gmail.com or (440) 342-3728. We will guide you through the return process and cover the cost of return postage for verified damages or defects.

**Environmental Conditions**: Some Ecopure Essentials products, including soaps, may become soft or show glycerin sweat under high temperatures and humidity. This is a normal occurrence for natural products and does not affect quality. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for these reasons.

 Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and further instructions.

3. Package the item securely, include the RMA number, and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team. Please ensure the product is well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

4. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange, as applicable.

 Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of damaged or defective products.
